For Escrow Service Providers

Escrow your clients can verify, not just trust.

Traditional escrow only verifies what's deposited at set checkpoints; an audit, and a periodic review. Between those moments you're trusting the custodian's word. Our OmniCapsule adds continuous cryptographic proof that an escrowed deposit remains unchanged. Its integrity can be independently verified at any time.

The single-custodian problem escrow was built around

Classic escrow puts one party, a notary, lawyer, or specialised agent, in sole charge of holding and releasing critical data or source code. Most reputable providers do verify deposits at intake or through periodic audits, but between those checkpoints you're still relying on that single custodian's word that nothing changed. As more escrowed assets move into SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure, that single point of trust becomes a single point of failure. OmniCapsule closes that gap: we don't determine whether what's deposited works or is correct, whoever places something in escrow has already verified that themselves, but we provide independent proof that the deposit remains intact, continuously, not just at the last checkpoint.

What OmniCapsule solves

Provable, not just promised

Purpose

Every deposit is sealed with a continuous cryptographic proof trail which allows its integrity to be verified at any time.

Your gain

If the deposit's integrity is ever questioned, you and your client have proof that holds up: independent confirmation of exactly what was deposited and that it hasn't changed.

Independent of a single custodian

Purpose

Deposits are distributed across multiple independent providers and locations, rather than sitting with one party alone. You choose where deposits are physically held, inside the EU or in a specific jurisdiction if your escrow agreement requires it.

Your gain

Your escrow arrangement doesn't carry the risk of a single custodian's outage, insolvency, or error. There's no one point of failure to worry about.

One upfront cost, no recurring renewal

Purpose

Part of what you pay is set aside in a dedicated fund, held separately from Capsyra's own operations, specifically to preserve your archive. And because we focus purely on keeping deposits intact and provable, not on verifying their content or functionality, we can provide a more focused and cost-efficient layer than full-service escrow.

Your gain

You can offer a cleaner, simpler escrow arrangement, one that doesn't depend on an annual invoice being paid on time, year after year, at a cost that makes sense to pass on to your own clients.

Add provable escrow to what you already offer

If you provide escrow services yourself, OmniCapsule can sit underneath your existing offering as the technical layer that makes your custody claims independently verifiable, without building that infrastructure yourself. It's a way to differentiate a service that, for most providers, still runs on a single party's word.

Customer success stories

“Law firms often advise on transactions where a warranty claim can resurface years after closing. Being able to tell your client their post-closing archive is safely stored and accessible for the full warranty period, independent of any single vendor, makes that conversation a lot easier.”

— Tim Fransen, Partner — PKF Bofidi Legal

“We needed to know exactly where the data lives, how it's encrypted, and that its integrity is actually checked over time. Capsyra was the only one that had a clear answer to all three.”

— Sander Remans, Managing Director — Escrow Alliance

“In construction manufacturing, compliance files must remain intact for at least a decade. With Capsyra, we can safeguard our clients' regulatory documentation with the same durability their products are expected to last by regulators: secure, compliant, and resilient through future change.”

— Joanna Berlowska — Construxia

“Capsyra has helped us keep our warranty-related records intact and provable, something a simple backup never gave us. And the support has been friendly and proactive from day one”

— Gilbert Nijs, Co-Founder — Ingedicon
